We, at Pomegranate Design, take pride in making clients the center of our operations. We believe in making each of our clients happy & satisfied; not just with the prototype built but also through the journey of crafting their spaces from scratch.

 

 

With each experience laying a brick of learning, we have set our processes systematically, which allows us to craft experiences that stand strong on four strong pillars: Listening & Absorbing, Visualizing, Prototyping and Delivering.

 

 

At first, we meet & greet the client to observe their living style, understand their choices & functionality requirements, and pen down their preferences & choices. We ask them a plethora of generic questions to grasp what detailing the client is looking for. The gentry we deal with is well-versed, well-travelled and that is what excites us the most as it lets us create something new and unique each time. 

 

 

Post the meeting is the time to consume and absorb all the information that has been extracted to inculcate the same into our visuals. The second step is to create 3D VR designs to almost teleport the client into their dreams. We present the client with all the designs for them to understand the detailing, scope of work, point out room for improvements/changes, and make them happy ultimately.

 

 

Once the client is satisfied with the design, we educate them about the array of brands we work with. We introduce them to the kind of wood we use, the marble and its laying process, the kind of wiring we opt for, the sanitary fixtures we trust, the cladding details et cetera. We believe in complete transparency, verbally as well as in the contract, to build trust and avoid discrepancies at all levels. This does not only help us deliver the best, but also helps the client to build trust in us until we are one happy team working towards a common dream.

 

 

 

Next comes the prototyping and timely delivery; A process we enjoy the most! The thrill we have on the site is unmatchable as each member involved in the process of creating something beautiful is equally excited. As we have great processes in place, we send monthly progress reports to our clients updating them about the current and actual status of the construction at the comfort of their homes. We believe in sharing all the information with the client, including the achievements as well as the obstacles the on-field team is facing, to keep them updated and elated. 

 

 

One of the most important deals for us is to deliver well in time as promised because good work that comes delayed is not worth it. We take pride in delivering each of our projects on time. We put equal effort in creating a client experience as much as we do in crafting a home.
